采用PFI磨对高得率浆进行打浆,分析了打浆对高得率浆的强度性能、光学性能和纤维形态的影响。结果表明,针叶木浆的强度性能随着游离度的降低先变大后变小,在CSF310mL时达到最大值,而阔叶木浆则一直呈增大趋势;打浆使白度和不透明度下降;纤维的长度随着打浆的进行而变短,扭结指数呈下降趋势,平均宽度、纤维形态参数和细小纤维都呈增加趋势;打浆后针叶木浆纤维0.2~0.5mm和0.5~1.5mm占主要地位,而阔叶木浆则以0.2~0.5mm和细小纤维为主。打浆后高得率浆纤维的结晶度都是随着游离度的下降先增大后减小。
The PFI mill was used to pulverize the high-yield pulp, and the effect of beating on the strength, optical properties and fiber morphology of the high-yield pulp was analyzed.
