随着全球化的进程,世界各国交往越来越密切,中国的国际地位也逐步提高,国家影响力不断加强。越来越多的人想要学习汉语,像泰国等很多国家流行“汉语热”。不仅有很多外派教师,也有越来越多的人来华学习汉语。汉语国际教育作为与之相对应的专业,不是单纯的语言教学,同时更是文化传承和文化传播的主要途径。这一专业是传播中华文化的重要方法,并且为公共外交提供了一个平台。我们应该在新形势下重视汉语国际教育,注重人才的培养。汉语教师是文化的使者,传播中国语言,在涉外交往中具有重要作用,是“民间的外交官”。对于汉语国际教育专业的老师和学生来说文化传播能力和基本的公共外交礼仪就显得很重要。本文主要介绍了公共外交定义,礼仪规范,并结合汉语国际教育专业课程设置对涉外教课的某些实际情况作分析探讨。
As the process of globalization progresses, exchanges between countries in the world have become closer and closer. China’s international status has also been gradually raised, and its influence in the country has been continuously strengthened. More and more people want to learn Chinese, popular in many countries like Thailand. There are not only a large number of expatriate teachers, but also an increasing number of people who come to China to study Chinese. As a corresponding majors, Chinese international education is not purely language teaching, but also the main way of cultural heritage and cultural transmission. This major is an important method of disseminating Chinese culture and provides a platform for public diplomacy. Under the new situation, we should attach importance to international education in Chinese language and pay attention to the cultivation of qualified personnel. Chinese teachers are the messengers of culture, spreading Chinese language and playing an important role in foreign affairs. They are “civil diplomats.” For Chinese teachers and students of international education majors, cultural communication skills and basic public diplomacy are of great importance. This article mainly introduces the definition of public diplomacy, the etiquette and norm, and analyzes some of the actual situations of teaching in foreign countries in combination with the curriculum of Chinese international education.
