利用铜矿尾砂、粉煤灰、水泥以及加气剂等,混合搅拌成泥浆体,振动成型,制备出低强度可控性填料(CLSM)。试验表明:以水泥12.9%、铜矿尾砂(细集料)22.6%、加气剂3.2%、粉煤灰12.9%等工业废弃物,加水48.4%,固液比控制在(14~15):(15~16)之间,制得的CLSM制品,抗压强度0.35~2.00 MPa,28 d抗压强度达0.5 MPa,具有低强度、高流动性的特点,可用于市政工程、路基填料、矿井回填等,比传统填料更有科学实用性,同时减少尾砂的环境污染,达到废弃物资源化的目的。
Using copper tailings, fly ash, cement and air entraining agent, mixed into a slurry, vibration molding, prepared low strength controllable filler (CLSM). The test shows that the solid-liquid ratio is controlled at (14-15) by adding 12.9% of cement, 22.6% of copper tailings (fine aggregate), 3.2% of air entraining agent and 12.9% of fly ash, : (15 ~ 16), the obtained CLSM product has a compressive strength of 0.35-2.000 MPa and a compressive strength of 0.5 MPa at 28 days, which has the characteristics of low strength and high fluidity and can be used for municipal engineering, roadbed packing, Mine backfill and so on, more than the traditional packing more scientific and practical, while reducing the environmental pollution of tailings, waste resources to achieve the purpose.
