肝纤维化是多种病因所致慢性肝炎的共同病理变化,特征在于肝脏细胞外基质异常增生与过度沉积,其核心环节在于肝星状细胞的活化。近年来,丹参及其有效成分在抗肝纤维化研究中取得了许多进展。丹参抗肝纤维化作用机制主要有:抗自由基过氧化损伤、促进损伤肝细胞的修复、抑制炎性因子释放、改善肝脏微循环、抑制胶原生成、促进病理沉积胶原的降解、抑制HSC活化。
Liver fibrosis is a common pathological change of chronic hepatitis caused by multiple etiologies. It is characterized by abnormal proliferation and excessive deposition of extracellular matrix in the liver. The core link lies in the activation of hepatic stellate cells. In recent years, Salvia miltiorrhiza and its active ingredients have made many advances in the study of anti-liver fibrosis. The anti-hepatic fibrosis effects of salvia miltiorrhiza are: anti-free radical peroxidation damage, repair of damaged hepatocytes, inhibition of inflammatory factor release, improvement of liver microcirculation, inhibition of collagen production, promotion of pathological deposition of collagen degradation, inhibition of HSC activation.
