Toll-like receptors (Toll-like receptors, TLRs) is a family of conserved family of transmembrane signal transducers that mediate innate immunity and is a member of the pattern recognition receptor (PRR) family. Membrane protein receptor. It plays an important role in the process of natural and adaptive immune response, transduction of cell activation signal, inflammatory reaction and so on, and therefore attracts great interest of researchers. In recent years, studies have shown that TLRs in some diseases, The process plays a certain or even important role in revealing the pathogenesis of these diseases and provide a theoretical basis for immunotherapy. Now on the biological characteristics of TLRs and related diseases and research status are reviewed.
