提出了一种用于改善和提高分析方法选择性及灵敏度,适用于两个相互干扰组分同时测定的新方法──两次双波长标准加入法,并以TritonX-100-5-Br-PADAP-Cu(Fe)体系为例,对方法的可靠性进行了考察。结果表明,该法选择性好,灵敏度高,操作简便,易于掌握。应用于人发及铝合金中微量铜、铁的同时测定,获得了满意的结果。
A new method to improve the selectivity and sensitivity of analytical methods is proposed, which is suitable for the simultaneous determination of two interfering components - two double-wavelength standard addition methods. The TritonX-100-5-Br-PADAP -Cu (Fe) system as an example, the reliability of the method was investigated. The results show that this method has good selectivity, high sensitivity, easy operation and easy to grasp. Applied to human hair and aluminum alloy trace copper, iron determination, obtained satisfactory results.
