在法医学伤害案件中,头部常是主要的打击目标。在我国,致伤物以钝器最为常见,钝器中以棍棒和锤类为多见。钝器外力作用于头部,轻则造成头皮软组织的损伤,重则造成颅骨损伤、颅内出血及脑挫裂创等。由于颅骨不易受尸体腐败的影响,能将暴力所致的伤痕较长期保留下来,因此,在头部损伤案件中,对颅骨损伤的鉴定具有重要的价值,是法医学的重要研究课题之一。本课题以两个分题:(1)颅骨钝器损伤的生物力学研究,(2)颅骨钝器损伤的形态学研究,从生物力学和形态学方面进行以人颅骨为材料、以铁棍和铁锤为致伤物的实验性研究,重点探讨头颅在外力的打击下打击冲量作用的变化以及与损伤形态的关系,以丰富法医学的理论基础并供法医工作实践之参考。
In forensic injury cases, the head is often the main target of attack. In our country, the most common cause of injury is blunt, while sticks and hammers are more common in blunt instruments. Blunt external force acting on the head, ranging from causing scalp soft tissue damage, while causing skull injury, intracranial hemorrhage and brain contusion and so on. As the skull is not easily corrupted by the corpse, the violence caused by the scars can be preserved for a long time. Therefore, in the head injury cases, the identification of skull injury is of great value and is one of the important research topics in forensic medicine. This topic is divided into two sub-topics: (1) the biomechanical study of the skull blunt injury, (2) morphological study of the skull blunt injury, from the biomechanical and morphological aspects of human skull as a material, The experimental study of the hammer for the injury, focusing on the head under the impact of external forces to combat the impact of changes in the impulse and the relationship with the injury morphology in order to enrich the theoretical basis of forensic science and for forensic practice reference.
