目的探讨卡孕栓与地西泮等序贯应用在人工流产术的临床价值。方法对55例受术者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果研究组30例受术者中29例受术者镇痛有效,宫颈松弛有效28例,术中出血8～14ml;对照组共25例,其中25例镇痛均有效,宫颈松弛有效20例,术中出血11～20ml,同对照组比较差异具有统计学意义。结论卡孕栓与地西泮等序贯应用在人工流产术,效果较好。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of sequential application of carbamazepine and diazepam in induced abortion. Methods The clinical data of 55 patients were retrospectively analyzed. Results In the study group, 29 cases were treated by analgesia in 29 cases, 28 cases were effective in cervical relaxation and 8 ~ 14 ml in operation. In the control group, 25 cases were analgesic and 25 cases were effective in cervical relaxation , Intraoperative bleeding 11 ~ 20ml, compared with the control group was statistically significant. Conclusions The sequential application of carbamazepine and diazepam in artificial abortion has good effect.
