互联网保险作为“互联网+保险”的一种新业态,将会成为我国保险业的增长极。本文基于中国平安保险公司目前在线销售的109种互联网保险产品,对其六个特征结合定性分析方法进行聚类分析,将其分为三类。结果表明,第三类互联网保险产品相对于另外两类产品,更受消费者欢迎。同时通过对三类产品的对比研究,为互联网保险公司开发互联网保险产品提供有力的数据分析和科学建议。
Internet insurance as “Internet + Insurance ” a new format, will be China’s insurance industry growth pole. Based on the 109 online insurance products currently sold by Ping An Insurance Company in China, this paper classifies the six characteristics into seven categories based on qualitative analysis. The results show that the third type of Internet insurance products is more popular with consumers than the other two types of products. At the same time through the comparative study of three types of products for the Internet insurance companies to develop Internet insurance products provide strong data analysis and scientific advice.
