通过几年来的业务学习和在教学中的摸索,我深刻体会到教学好坏,决定于教师对教材的钻研程度和教法的运用如何。凡是对教材钻研得深刻、教学法运用得当的教师,在讲授过程中必能突出重点,揭发本质,能用简单明确的语言传授知识.否则,教材实质掌握不住,教法陈旧呆板,便不能突出教材重点,更不能深入浅出地阐明教材实质,教学质量也无法提高.几年来,教学的实践告诉我,要提高教学质量,应注意下列一些问题:
