用New建立的体外全胚胎培养模型并结合电镜技术探讨了氟、砷对卵黄囊及胚胎的影响。实验结果表明,随着体外染氟或砷剂量的增高,对卵黄囊及胚胎的损害愈加明显,呈现剂量-反应关系。在联合染毒组,析因分析(3×4)结果表明,氟和砷交互作用的主效应为协同作用,各联合组卵黄囊及胚胎受损害的程度均大于相应的单染氟组和砷组。实验结果提示:卵黄囊超微结构的病理改变是氟或砷所致畸机制之一;氟与砷协同作用的机理与卵黄囊结构和功能受损有一定关联。
In vitro model of whole embryo culture established by New and the effect of fluoride and arsenic on yolk sac and embryos were discussed by electron microscopy. The experimental results showed that as the dose of fluoride or arsenic in vitro increased, the damage to yolk sac and embryo became more obvious, showing a dose-response relationship. In the combined exposure group, the factorial analysis (3 × 4) showed that the main effect of interaction between fluorine and arsenic was synergistic effect, and the degree of damage to yolk sac and embryos in each combination group was greater than that of corresponding single dye and arsenic groups group. The experimental results suggest that the pathological changes of the yolk sac ultrastructure is one of the mechanisms induced by fluoride or arsenic. The mechanism of the synergistic effect between fluoride and arsenic is related to the structure and function of the yolk sac.
