IEC标准[1]将无源滤波器和并联电容器的应用搁在一起讨论,因为滤波器无论失谐或调谐也都有补偿功能。本文介绍了滤波器的相对电抗值X%的选择, 以及X%和滤波器外部性能的关系,并深入讨论了如何根据不同场合分别选用并联电容器、失谐滤波器或调谐滤波器的问题,也再次讨论了滤波器参数和工程设计的关系,最后讨论了如何协调谐波和无功的补偿功能。
The IEC standard [1] discusses the application of passive filters and shunt capacitors because the filter has a compensation function whether detuned or tuned. This paper introduces the selection of the relative reactance X% of the filter and the relationship between the X% and the external performance of the filter, and discusses in depth how to choose the shunt capacitor, the detune filter or the tuned filter separately according to different occasions. After discussing the relationship between filter parameters and engineering design again, finally we discuss how to coordinate harmonic and reactive power compensation functions.
