专注一件事更容易成功有一个非常有意思的现象,在餐厅吃饭时,如果你一次跟服务员交待两件事,基本上是哪一件都等不到。我的做法是每次都跟服务员只提一个要求,等他解决了再提另一个要求,这样就可达到目的了。创业也一样,要想成功,必须做减法。实际上纵观历史,所有的企业成功都是把一个产品做火了,只要你抓住用户的一个需求将其满足到极致就可以成功,也唯有如此才能成功。创业公司要做到四个“最小”:1.战略就是集中力量突破一点。2.只设最低限度的指标,指标多重点必然分散,核心指标达成了其他指标自然合格。3.只用最不得不用的人,不胜任要换人而不是加人,逼迫组织的每个人都优胜劣汰
