海螺集团成立以来,依靠着先进的技术水平、强大的管理体系和人才、资金等综合优势,重组整合37家公司,不仅和新建扩建项目一起共同推动了“海螺”的发展壮大,而且为行业技术进步和结构调整做出了突出贡献。1997年8月,宁波海螺正式成立,掀开了“海螺”历史崭新的一页;2002年6月,重组中国水泥厂,成就“海螺”重组的经典案例;2011年5月,重组云南壮乡水泥,拉开了“海螺”新一轮重组的序幕……18年间,从1家到37家,从1个省到15个省甚至走出国门,重组整合和新建扩建一起成为驱动“海螺”发展的两大齿轮,共同推进“海螺”不断变迁、跨越,进入历史上发展最快、变化最大的时期。
