根据某钢厂连铸中间包结构和操作工艺参数,建立中间包钢液流动的数学模型,用FLUENT软件进行模拟计算。数值模拟结果得出了不同结构的湍流控制器对中间包流场的影响,指出湍流控制器对中间包冲击区的流场影响较大,几种湍流控制器对中间包流场都有一定的改善作用。其中八边形有顶缘的湍流控制器更有利于降低湍动能,八边形侧壁设置斜向上的导流孔更有利于夹杂物碰撞。
