T细胞上可诱导表达的,与单纯疱疹病毒( HSV )的糖蛋白 D 竞争结合 HSV 侵入介导物(HVEM)的淋巴毒素类似物(LIGHT)是肿瘤坏死因子超家族的新成员之一,其通过 HVEM、淋巴毒素β受体以及诱骗受体3结合发挥不同的生物学功能。可阻断HVEM依赖的 HSV 感染,在 T细胞共刺激、T细胞亚群的分化增殖、树突状细胞活化、诱导和调节肿瘤细胞凋亡中发挥重要作用。LIGHT参与肿瘤免疫、移植物抗宿主病和多种免疫性疾病的发病机制。随着对于其研究的深入,有望成为肿瘤和相关炎性疾病治疗的新靶点。“,”Homologous to lymphotoxins,exhibits inducible expression,and competes with herpes simplex virus(HSV) glycol-protein D for the herpes virus entry mediator(HVEM),a receptor expressed by T lym-phocytes(LIGHT) is a newly discovered member of the tumor necrosis factor superfamily,which regulates T cell immune responses by signaling through the HVEM,the lymphotoxin βreceptor(LTβR) and decoy recep-tor 3.LIGHT can block HVEM dependent HSV infection,playing an important role in T cell co-stimulation signals,the differentiation and proliferation of T cell subset ,activation of dendritic cell and regulation apopto-sis of tumor cell.LIGHT is involved in the antitumor immunity,graft versus host disease(GVHD),and patho-genesis of multiple immunity diseases .These results provide an encouraging profile for LIGHT as a potential target for treatment of the tumors and immunity diseases .
