采用乳液聚合法,合成了核/壳结构多官能团聚硅氧烷/聚甲基丙烯酸丁酯纳米粒子,并对核层多官能团硅氧烷的乳液聚合反应动力学进行了初步的探究。实验以八甲基环四硅氧烷(D_4)、原硅酸四乙酯(TEOS)、CH_3 Si(OMe)_3及硅偶联剂KH一571为单体,H_2SO_4为催化剂,十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)为乳化剂,经分散乳化后聚合,得到共聚物乳液。分别研究乳化剂浓度、催化剂浓度和反应温度对单体转化率的影响,得出较为适宜的反应条件。
The emulsion polymerization was used to synthesize the multifunctional polysiloxane / polybutylmethacrylate nanoparticles with core / shell structure. The kinetics of the emulsion polymerization of the multifunctional siloxanes was also investigated. The experiments were carried out with octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane (D_4), tetraethyl orthosilicate (TEOS), CH_3Si (OMe) _3 and silicon coupling agent KH-571 as monomers, H_2SO_4 as catalyst, Sodium benzenesulfonate (SDBS) was used as an emulsifier, which was dispersed and emulsified and polymerized to obtain a copolymer emulsion. The influences of emulsifier concentration, catalyst concentration and reaction temperature on the monomer conversion were studied respectively, and more suitable reaction conditions were obtained.
