目的探讨东菱精纯克栓酶（ＤＦ５２１）治疗缺血性脑血管病（ＩＣＶＤ）的治疗效果。方法应用ＤＦ５２１１０Ｂｕ溶于生理盐水３００ｍｌ中静脉滴注，１ｈ以上滴完，隔日１次，共３次。结果２９例脑血栓形成患者基本痊愈１０例（３４．５％），显著进步１２例（４１．４％），进步５例（１７．３％），无变化者２例（６．９％），无病情恶化者，总有效率为９３．１％。７例短暂性脑缺血发作（ＴＩＡ）患者中有４例在２４ｈ内，２例在４８ｈ内终止发作，１例在４８ｈ后ＴＩＡ体征未缓解，出现脑血栓形成，但治疗结束时恢复到进步。结论ＤＦ５２１治疗ＩＣＶＤ的治疗效果好，作用迅速，安全度高，特别是发病２４ｈ以内者应积极应用ＤＦ５２１治疗。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of DF-527 in the treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease (ICVD). Methods Application DF 52110Bu dissolved in 300ml of normal saline intravenous drip over 1h, every other day, a total of 3 times. Results In 29 patients with cerebral thrombosis, 10 patients (34.5%) were cured, 12 patients (41.4%) were significantly improved, 5 patients (17.3%) were improved, 2 patients (6.9% , No deterioration of the disease, the total effective rate was 93.1%. Four of the seven patients with transient ischemic attack (TIA) were within 24 h and two patients discontinued within 48 h. One patient did not have a remission of TIA at 48 h, and cerebral thrombosis occurred, but the improvement was resumed at the end of treatment . Conclusion DF 521 ICVD treatment effect is good, rapid effect, high safety, especially within 24 hours of onset should be actively applied DF 521 treatment.
