通随着铁路集装箱运输的不断发展,对集装箱装卸作业的需求越来越大,原有铁路货场的主要装卸设备是通用门式起重机,套用简易吊架来完成集装箱装卸作业,装卸车效率低下,已不能满足使用要求。为此,以铁路货场通用36 t门式起重机为基础,改为集装箱专用门式起重机的改造方案设计计算过程,通过此改造方案,可以基本满足铁路货运提高装卸车效率、减少箱破的要求,该改造方案的成功实施同时为铁路货场充分利用原有设备、减少投资、实现设备更新换代提供了一个全新的选择。
