湖北省国营农场发展建材工业,资源丰富,劳力充足,分布面广,市场广阔,许多建材产品供不应求。自党的十一届三中全会以来,湖北农场建材工业的主要产品,如水泥,砖瓦、石灰、油毡、石料等,产量都翻了一番以上。实践证明,发挥国营农场办建材的自然优势,兴建一些投资少、见效快、效益高的建材企业,是切实可行的。在我们最近召开的建材工业会议上,学习贯彻了国务院领导的重要批示:“调动各部门、地区、企业办建材,是一条正确的方针。将会大大加快建材工业的发展。”大家畅谈 The state-owned farms in Hubei Province have developed building materials industry, with abundant resources, adequate labor, wide distribution, and a vast market. Many building materials are in short supply. Since the Third Plenary Session of the 11th Party Central Committee, the output of Hubei’s farm building materials industry, such as cement, brick and tile, lime, linoleum, and stone, has more than doubled. Practice has proved that it is practical and feasible to build a building materials company with few investments, quick results, and high profits to play the natural advantages of state-run farm management office building materials. At the recent meeting of the building materials industry, we learned and implemented the important instructions of the State Council’s leadership: “Mobilizing all departments, regions, and enterprises to build building materials is a correct policy. It will greatly accelerate the development of the building materials industry.”
