目的:考察双藤痹痛凝胶膏剂的药物体外释放和透皮吸收行为。方法:采用垂直式Franz扩散池,HPLC法测定接收液中雷公藤甲素和青藤碱的含量,模拟出雷公藤甲素和青藤碱体外释放及透皮吸收的动力学方程式。结果:雷公藤甲素和青藤碱的累积透皮吸收百分率分别为29.05%,23.16%,体外累积释放百分率分别为69.14%,65.53%。结论:双藤痹痛凝胶膏剂的药物透皮吸收行为符合零级动力学过程,体外释放行为符合Higuchi方程。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the in vitro release and transdermal absorption of Shuang Teng Bitong Gel Paste. Methods: The contents of triptolide and sinomenine in the receiving solution were determined by a vertical Franz diffusion cell and the kinetic equations of in vitro release and transdermal absorption of triptolide and sinomenine were simulated. Results: The cumulative transdermal absorption rates of triptolide and sinomenine were 29.05% and 23.16%, respectively. The cumulative percentage release of triptolide and sinomenine in vitro were 69.14% and 65.53%, respectively. CONCLUSION: The drug transdermal absorption of Shuang Teng Bitong gel cream conforms to zero-order kinetics, and the in vitro release behavior accords with Higuchi equation.
