Inverse psoriasis is a rare type of psoriasis, especially in children, characterized by specific pathogenic sites.Unlike vulgaris psoriasis, inverse psoriasis usually affects flexural sites such as the groin, axillae and externalia. The relatively low morbidity and confusing pathogenic sites led to a difficult diagnosis of inverse psoriasis for physicians.Herein,we describe a case of a 9-year-old boy who presented with inverse psoriasis.Drawing on our previous clinical experience,we made an accurate diagnosis, and the subsequent combination therapy of tacrolimus and Chinese herb medicated bath achieved a significant effect.
