1999年以来,河北省总工会为促进国有企业下岗职工基本生活保障和再就业工作,建立工会促进就业的机制,在全省184个县以上工会中普遍组织实施了“三个一工程”(即建立一个职业介绍所、一个再就业培训中心、一个生产自救基地)。经过两年多的艰苦努力,这项工作已经取得了突破性进展。截止到去年底,县以上工会已建成职业介绍所178个,累计介绍安置下岗职工和失业人员57873名;建成再就业培训中心185 Since 1999, in order to promote the basic livelihood security and reemployment of laid-off workers in state-owned enterprises and establish a mechanism for the promotion of employment by state-owned enterprises, the Federation of Trade Unions in Hebei Province has organized and implemented “three projects” in unions over 184 counties and autonomous regions across the province.
