在25Kg真空感应炉上用镁钙合金对超低碳奥氏体不锈钢00Cr18Ni10进行了保碳脱氧研究。通过控制充入纯氩所达到的炉内压力和精炼时的反应温度,以及调整镁钙合金和助熔剂CaF2的比例和数量,可以使得精炼后00Cr18Ni10的O含量降到了4~6ppm,同时Mg、Ca残余量在痕量范围内,而增碳甚微。
In a 25Kg vacuum induction furnace with magnesium-calcium alloy ultra-low carbon austenitic stainless steel 00Cr18Ni10 carbon-assisted deoxidation. By controlling the pressure in the furnace and the reaction temperature during refining, the proportion and amount of CaF2 in Mg-Ca alloy and flux can be controlled to reduce the O content of 00Cr18Ni10 after refining to 4 ~ 6ppm, meanwhile Mg, Ca residual in the trace range, and little carbon.
