目的:观察复方蜥蜴散不同微粒组合剂对急性酒精性胃黏膜损伤模型大鼠血清EGF、GAS水平的影响,探讨其治疗修复胃黏膜损伤的作用机制。方法:将60只健康雄性SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组、丽珠得乐治疗组、复方蜥蜴散80目治疗组、复方蜥蜴散100目治疗组、复方蜥蜴散(80目+100目)治疗组。正常对照组除外,余组均采用95%乙醇诱导急性胃黏膜损伤模型,治疗组大鼠给予复方蜥蜴散不同微粒剂及丽珠得乐治疗5天,采用酶联免疫法(ELISA)检测大鼠血清EGF、GAS的水平,光镜观察胃黏膜病理组织学变化。结果:各治疗组大鼠EGF水平明显高于模型组(P<0.01),GAS水平明显低于模型组(P<0.01)。复方蜥蜴散(80目+100目)组大鼠EGF水平高于丽珠得乐组(P<0.05);复方蜥蜴散(80目+100目)组大鼠GAS水平低于丽珠得乐组(P<0.05)。且胃黏膜病理组织学损伤有明显改善。结论:复方蜥蜴散不同微粒组合剂对急性胃黏膜损伤有治疗作用,能提高血清EGF含量,降低血清GAS含量,可能通过改善胃黏膜屏障功能,抑制胃酸分泌等作用,达到对胃黏膜的治疗修复作用。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effects of different particulate composition of compound lizards on serum EGF and GAS levels in rats with acute alcoholic gastric mucosal lesion, and to explore its mechanism of action in the repair of gastric mucosal injury. Methods: Sixty healthy male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into normal control group, model control group, Lizhu Dele treatment group, compound lizards powder 80 mesh treatment group, compound lizards scattered 100 mesh treatment group, compound lizards powder (80 mesh +100 mesh) treatment group. Except the normal control group, 95% ethanol was used to induce acute gastric mucosal injury in the remaining group. Rats in the treatment group were given different doses of Lizards powder and Livzonde for 5 days. The rats were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) Serum EGF, GAS levels, gastric mucosal histopathological changes observed by light microscopy. Results: The EGF level of rats in each treatment group was significantly higher than that of model group (P <0.01), and the level of GAS was significantly lower than that of model group (P <0.01). The level of EGF in rats of Compound Lizards Powder (80 mesh + 100 mesh) group was higher than that of LizhuTril group (P <0.05). The level of GAS in compound lizards powder group (80 mesh + 100 mesh) (P <0.05). And gastric mucosal histopathological damage improved significantly. CONCLUSION: The compound lizard powder can improve the gastric mucosal injury, increase the content of serum EGF and decrease the content of GAS in gastric mucosa. It may improve the gastric mucosal barrier function and inhibit the gastric acid secretion, effect.
