外阴尖锐湿疣是外阴及其周围皮肤和粘膜的疣状赘生物,也可见于阴道及宫颈。我院妇科门诊自1982年5月到1985年12月间采用氟脲嘧啶软膏治疗本病18例(均经活检证实),收到满意效果,现报道如下。一、临床资料本组年龄自17岁到45岁,平均29.8岁。已婚16例,未婚2例。初孕妇3例,既往生育1胎者7例,2～4胎5例,未生育者1例。合并滴虫性阴道炎3例霉菌性阴道炎5例,化脓性阴道炎4例。病变部位病变大多为多发性,仅1例为单个孤立者。限于大阴唇4例,阴道口和处女膜2例,大阴唇及会阴体2例,大阴唇、会阴及肛门周围者1例,小阴唇内侧3例,阴道穹窿及宫颈2例,阴道2例,大阴唇,尿道口、阴道及宫颈1例,肛门周围1例。
Vulva condyloma is the vulva and its surrounding skin and mucous membranes verrucous neoplasms, also found in the vagina and cervix. Our hospital gynecology clinic from May 1982 to December 1985 with fluorouracil ointment 18 cases of this disease (both biopsy confirmed), received satisfactory results, are reported below. First, the clinical data of this group from 17 years old to 45 years old, with an average of 29.8 years old. Married in 16 cases, unmarried in 2 cases. 3 cases of first trimester pregnant women, 7 cases of previous birth one child, 2 to 4 cases of 5 cases, 1 case of no childbirth. Trichomonas vaginitis merger 3 cases of fungal vaginitis in 5 cases, 4 cases of suppurative vaginitis. Lesions are mostly multiple lesions, only 1 case of a single isolate. 4 cases of labia majora, 2 cases of vaginal orifice and hymen, 2 cases of labia majora and perineal, 1 case of labia majora, perineum and anus, 3 cases of medial labia minora, 2 cases of vaginal vault and cervix, 2 cases of vagina, large Labia, urethra, vagina and cervix in 1 case, 1 case around the anus.
