本文对比观察了低硒的克山病病区粮和补硒的克山病病区粮喂养大鼠其心肌细胞膜流动性及膜结合酶Na~+—K~+—ATP酶、5′—核苷酸酶活性的变化。实验结果表明,克山病病区粮喂养的大鼠心肌细胞膜流动性及膜结合酶活性均降低;给病区粮补硒0.25ppm后可使上述心肌细胞膜的异常变化得到一定的恢复,据此认为细胞膜流动性异常可能是低硒对膜结合酶影响的中间环节。是低硒导致细胞膜功能障碍的基础。
