农村征地纠纷已成为当前影响农村社会稳定和发展的首要问题之一,本文通过分析层出不穷的农村征地暴力事件,从法律层面出发,找出事件发生的原因,进而提出建议,力图遏制这些事件的再次发生。 Disputes over land acquisition in rural areas have become one of the most important issues that affect the social stability and development in rural areas. This article analyzes the endless and emerging land-expropriation violence in rural areas, and from the perspective of law, finds out the reasons for the occurrence of these incidents and then makes recommendations to try to curb these incidents again occur.
