温拌沥青混合料路面施工技术以其低能耗、污染少等优点得到了广泛的研究和应用。通过添加LKW-Ⅱ型沥青温拌剂降低混合料拌和时的沥青粘度,制备温拌沥青混合料。对比分析温拌沥青混合料与热拌沥青混合料的路用性能,包括水稳定性、高温稳定性、耐疲劳性能、低温抗裂性能。试验结果表明:添加LKW-Ⅱ型沥青温拌剂的温拌沥青混合料在比热拌沥青混合料低30℃左右条件下成型后的水稳定性、高温稳定性、耐疲劳性能、低温抗裂性能与热拌沥青混合料相比无明显变化。
Warm mix asphalt pavement construction technology with its low energy consumption, less pollution and other advantages have been widely studied and applied. Preparation of warm mix asphalt by adding LKW-Ⅱ asphalt warm mix agent to reduce the viscosity of asphalt mixing. Comparative analysis of warm mix asphalt and hot mix asphalt road performance, including water stability, high temperature stability, fatigue resistance, low temperature crack resistance. The experimental results show that the water stability, high temperature stability, fatigue resistance, low temperature crack resistance of the warm mix asphalt mixture with LKW-Ⅱ as the hot mix asphalt are lower than that of the hot mix asphalt mixture by about 30 ℃ No significant change in performance compared to hot mix asphalt.
