通过测定不同浓度胡桃醌作用下大肠杆菌中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、丙二醛(MDA)等指标的变化来研究胡桃醌对其氧化损伤的影响,为探究胡桃醌的抑菌机理提供一定的理论依据。结果表明,随着作用时间的延长,各测定组中上述指标均有不同程度的变化,24 h的SOD,CAT含量均低于对照组,MDA含量高于对照组,且随着胡桃醌浓度的增加,诱导程度发生相应变化,这表明胡桃醌的加入使得大肠杆菌清除脂质过氧化物、过氧化氢和自由基的能力下降,可能对大肠杆菌菌体产生一定的氧化损伤。
The effects of juglone on the oxidative damage of E.coli were studied by measuring the changes of superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT) and malondialdehyde (MDA) in Escherichia coli under different concentrations of juglone. Antibacterial mechanism of juglone provides some theoretical basis. The results showed that with the prolongation of time, the above indicators in each test group all had different degrees of change. The contents of SOD and CAT in 24 h were lower than those in control group, and the MDA content was higher than that in control group. With the increase of juglone concentration Increase, the degree of induction of a corresponding change, indicating that the addition of juglone Escherichia coli to make clear the ability of lipid peroxidation, hydrogen peroxide and free radicals decreased, may have some oxidative damage to E. coli bacteria.
