某火箭弹引信于1979年设计定型,1982年又完成了生产定型。但该引信生产中存在的瞎火、早炸问题,一直得不到较好的解决。虽然底图厂和转产厂都采取了一些攻关措施,而靶场验收试验仍有一定的早炸瞎火率,未能从根本上解决问题。本文总结两年来攻关经验教训,分析该引信性能结构特点,提出低频电路、电源和增设独立着发机构等改进意见。并构思了一步设想,适当改进结构,提高电源和关键器件筛选质量,进一步优化电路参数,可将产品的可靠性大大提高一步。
A rocket fuze designed in 1979 stereotypes, in 1982 completed the production stereotypes. However, the fuze production and early blast problems that exist in the production of fuze have not been well resolved. Although the base map factory and the conversion plant have taken some measures to tackle the problem, and the shooting range test has a certain degree of early blown fire, failing to fundamentally solve the problem. This article summarizes the experiences and lessons learned in the past two years, analyzes the characteristics of the fuze performance structure, and proposes improvements such as low-frequency circuits, power supplies, and additional independent hair extensions. And conceived a step-by-step idea, appropriately improve the structure, improve the screening quality of power supply and key components, and further optimize the circuit parameters, the reliability of the product can be greatly increased by one step.
