在螺纹磨床上加工螺距(t)在0.5mm以下的螺纹时,因为螺距小,要求齿底平面的宽度一般在0.05mm以下(图1)。由于砂轮不易修尖,或者是虽修尖但在加工中不易保持,结果是很难磨出合乎图纸规定的螺纹内径d_1,而往往偏大。根据实际经验,要解决这个问题,须注意如下几点:一、砂轮选择和修正(1)选择细颗粒砂轮,硬度较高,砂轮尖度较易保持。例如:磨削M2~M3螺纹的砂轮可用TLM20ZY_3-Y_1或GBM20ZY_2-Y_3。磨削M0.8~M2螺纹的砂轮可用TLM14ZY_3-Y_3或GBM14Y_1-Y_3。(2)修正砂轮的工具可以采用100粒度的金钢笔或锋锐的金钢钻。在使用过程中,为了使金钢笔或金钢钻保持锋锐,要及时将它回转一个角度。
Machining a thread with a thread pitch (t) of 0.5 mm or less on a thread grinder requires a width of the tooth bottom plane of generally 0.05 mm or less because of a small pitch (FIG. 1). As the wheel is not easy to tip, or although the tip is not easy to maintain in the process, the result is very difficult to wear out the thread diameter d_1 in line with the provisions of the drawings, and tend to be large. According to actual experience, to solve this problem, we must pay attention to the following points: First, the wheel selection and correction (1) Select fine particle wheel, high hardness, wheel sharpness easier to maintain. (2) tools to amend the wheel can be used 100 grain gold pen or sharp sharp steel drill. In use, in order to maintain the gold pen or diamond sharp, it is timely to turn it an angle.
