艺术与技术的统一是每个小提琴演奏者与教师追求的境界。然而在音乐表演与教学的实现中我们经常见到这样的现象:有些学生的演奏毫无表现可言,平直、呆板的演奏仅仅是在努力做到音符层面上的准确--音准与节奏的正确而已。面对这样的学生,教师往往没有很好的办法使学生能够迅速而准确地把握音乐的表现性。在实际教学中经常出现这样的现象,教师往往用很多比喻与象征性的语言来启发学生把握音乐的表现性,比如:
