健全和完善基层党建工作考核评价机制是确保党建工作责任制取得实效的重要保证。当前一些部门和单位制定的基层党建工作考核评价机制中存在着考核内容针对性不强、考评形式单一、考评结果运用不够等问题。以科学发展观为指导,科学设置考核内容,建立以实绩考核为核心、注重考核结果运用的考核评价体系是健全和完善基层党建工作考核评价机制的现实路径选择。
Perfecting and improving the assessment and evaluation mechanism for party-building at the grass-roots level is an important guarantee for ensuring the effectiveness of the party-building work system. Some departments and units at present have some problems in the examination and evaluation mechanism of party-building at the grassroots level, such as the weak pertinence of the examination contents, the single form of appraisal, and the insufficient application of appraisal results. Guided by the scientific concept of development, setting the content of examination scientifically and establishing a system of examination and appraisal focusing on performance appraisal and focusing on appraisal results are the realistic path choices for improving and perfecting the appraisal and evaluation mechanism for party building at the grass-roots level.
