研究了离子交换分离电解重量法测定钛镍合金中镍的方法。将1克样品溶于20毫升水、4毫升氢氟酸和2毫升硝酸的混合液中。用水将溶液稀至100毫升并通过阳离子交换柱。镍吸附在柱上而钛以氟配合物形式流出。接着用60毫升IM氢氟酸和40毫升0。05M硫酸洗柱,用70毫升3M硫酸将镍洗脱。然后将过量的氢氧化钱加入洗脱液,恒电流电解(2 mA/c mZ),4小时镍被电解沉积
The ion exchange separation of electrolytic gravimetric method for the determination of nickel in titanium-nickel alloys was studied. One gram of the sample was dissolved in a mixture of 20 ml of water, 4 ml of hydrofluoric acid and 2 ml of nitric acid. The solution was diluted to 100 ml with water and passed through a cation exchange column. Nickel is adsorbed on the column and titanium flows out as a fluoro complex. The column was then washed with 60 ml of IM hydrofluoric acid and 40 ml of 0.05 M sulfuric acid and the nickel was eluted with 70 ml of 3M sulfuric acid.
