目的:观察放射介入联合中药治疗输卵管妊娠的临床疗效及安全性。方法:将62例输卵管妊娠患者随机分为对照组和研究组,对照组采用放射介入输卵管插管持续灌注氨甲蝶呤(MTX)治疗,研究组在此基础上辅以中药异位妊娠方治疗,疗程2周。观察治疗前后两组疗效、临床症状体征消失时间、血β-绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)水平、包块大小的变化以及副反应发生情况。结果:两组治疗2周后,研究组治愈率90.3%,对照组治愈率74.2%,具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。研究组相关症状消失时间、血β-HCG水平恢复及转阴时间、包块缩小率等相关疗效指标均优于对照组,差异显著,并且研究组副反应发生率明显低于对照组。结论:放射介入输卵管插管持续灌注MTX辅助中药治疗输卵管妊娠疗效显著,可明显缩短治愈时间,且毒副作用小,值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of radiation intervention combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of tubal pregnancy. Methods: Sixty-two patients with tubal pregnancy were randomly divided into control group and study group. The control group received continuous infusion of methotrexate (MTX) by radiation-guided tubal intubation. The study group was supplemented with traditional Chinese medicine ectopic pregnancy treatment , Treatment for 2 weeks. The curative effect, the disappearance of clinical symptoms and signs, the level of β-HCG, the size of the mass and the incidence of side effects were observed before and after treatment. Results: After two weeks of treatment, the cure rate was 90.3% in the study group and 74.2% in the control group, with significant difference (P <0.05). The relevant indicators such as the disappearance of the relevant symptoms, the recovery of the serum β-HCG level, the time of overcasting, the shrinkage rate of the mass in the study group were all better than those in the control group, with significant differences. The incidence of side effects in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group. Conclusion: Radiotherapy interventional tubal continuous infusion of MTX-assisted traditional Chinese medicine treatment of tubal pregnancy significant effect, can significantly shorten the cure time, and the side effects of small, worthy of clinical application.
