用免疫组织化学方法 (SABC法 )检测p15基因在 5 3例肝细胞肝癌 (HCC )标本中的表达。p15基因阳性表达率为 64 .2 % ( 3 4/5 3 )。病理I ,II级p15阳性率明显高于III级 (均为P <0 .0 5 ) ;临床分期T1 ,T2 期p15阳性率均明显高于T3期 (均为P <0 .0 5 )与T4 期 (均为P <0 .0 1)。提示p15基因的异常表达在HCC的发生、发展中可能起重要作用 ;p15基因表达可以作为病程、预后判断的候选检测指标 ,对HCC的基因治疗有潜在的价值和意义。
The expression of p15 gene in 53 hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) specimens was detected by immunohistochemistry (SABC method). The positive rate of p15 gene expression was 64.2% (34/5/5). The positive rates of p15 in pathological grade I and II were significantly higher than those in grade III (all P <0.05). The positive rates of p15 in clinical stages T1 and T2 were significantly higher than those in T3 (all P <0.05) T4 (all P <0. 01). It suggests that the abnormal expression of p15 gene may play an important role in the occurrence and development of HCC. The expression of p15 gene may be used as a candidate detection index for disease course and prognosis, which has potential value and significance for gene therapy of HCC.
