为探讨复方竹节参片治疗类风湿性关节炎等自身免疫性疾病的机制,采用自制的复方竹节参片进行了复方竹节参片对小鼠免疫功能影响的实验研究。结果表明复方竹节参片能显著提高小鼠在体PHA刺激的淋巴细胞转化率;对小鼠免疫器官胸腺、脾脏具有明显的增重作用;对佐剂性关节炎大鼠能显著提高CD_8~+细胞数量,调整CD_4~+/CD_8~+细胞比值。提示复方竹节参片治疗类风湿性关节炎除抗炎、镇痛作用外,其增强细胞免疫、调整CD_4~+/CD_8~+细胞比值可能是其发挥治疗类风湿性关节炎作用的主要原因。
In order to investigate the mechanism of Compound Zhujieshen Tablets in the treatment of autoimmune diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, an experimental study was conducted on the effects of compound bamboo knot ginseng tablets on the immune function of mice using self-made compound bamboo japonicus. The results showed that the Compound Zhujieshen Tablet could significantly increase the PHA-stimulated lymphocyte transformation rate in mice; it had a significant weight-gaining effect on the immune organs of the mouse thymus and spleen; and it significantly increased CD_8~ in adjuvant-induced arthritis rats. + Number of cells, adjusted CD_4~+/CD_8~+ cell ratio. It is suggested that in addition to anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects, Compound Zhujieshen Tablets may enhance cellular immunity and adjust CD_4~+/CD_8~+ cell ratio may be the main reason for its role in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. .
