据报道,不同的饲养层细胞对助长细胞克隆形成率(Colony efficiency,CE)的能力不同,在叙利亚地鼠胚胎(SHE)细胞短期转化试验中,CE的高低直接影响到试验的敏感性。为了寻找能够提高SHE细胞CE的饲养层细胞,本研究试用V_(7?)细胞作饲养层,以提高SHE细胞CE,并与其他常用的饲养层进行了比较。
It has been reported that different feeder cells have different ability to promote colony efficiency (CE). In the Syrian hamster embryo (SHE) cell short-term transformation test, the level of CE directly affects the sensitivity of the test. In order to find feeder cells that can enhance the CE of SHE cells, we used V7 cells as feeder cells to improve CE of SHE cells and compared with other commonly used feeder layers.
