急性白血病是儿童时期的一种常见恶性病,近年来由于治疗方法的迅速进展寿命延长。因此目前集中注意的不仅是对疾病的治疗成功,而且注意到远期的副作用和与治疗有关的并发症。本研究包括16例作过骨髓移植(BMT)的患者,年龄在12岁以下。术前处理包括细胞毒性和免疫抑制药,还有全身照射(TBI)治疗。观察周期6年。其中12例白血病,3例严重的再生障碍性贫血,1例Gaucher′s病。有3例未作TBI(再生障碍性贫血),其中仅1例出现牙发育紊乱。BMT病例的牙发育紊乱与年龄有关,6岁或6岁以下的病例显示广泛而严重的
Acute leukemia is a common malignant disease in childhood, and in recent years its life expectancy has been extended due to the rapid progress of treatment. Therefore, the current focus is not only on the success of the treatment of the disease, but also to note the long-term side effects and treatment-related complications. The study included 16 patients who underwent bone marrow transplantation (BMT) under the age of 12 years. Preoperative treatments include cytotoxic and immunosuppressive drugs as well as generalized radiation (TBI) therapy. Observation period of 6 years. Of these, 12 were leukemia, 3 were severe aplastic anemia, and 1 was Gaucher's disease. Three cases did not make TBI (aplastic anemia), of which only one case of dental development disorders.
