目的研究评价新生儿行为神经测查的价值及其在基层医院的应用。方法儿科共计对2308名新生儿进行筛查,49例提示有脑损伤。将其作为临床研究对象即研究组,并测试其脑损伤程度。另外选取49例正常新生儿作为对照组。对两组新生儿分别进行行为神经测查,比较其分数差异,评价行为神经测查对脑损伤结果的价值。结果通过对新生儿的行为神经测查分数进行统计比较,汇总分析后发现神经测查分数对脑损伤的提示有意义。轻型脑损伤新生儿新生儿神经行为测定(NBNA)测查35分以上1例(4.0%),正常新生儿NBNA测查35分以上48例(97.9%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新生儿行为神经测查在提示新生儿脑损伤方面是有效、便捷的好方法 ,能有效缩短发现新生儿脑损伤的时间,有利于及时治疗,在基层医院的应用有很高的临床推广使用价值。
Objective To evaluate the value of neonatal behavioral neurological assessment and its application in primary hospitals. Methods A total of 2,308 newborns were screened for pediatrics and 49 for brain injury. It was used as a clinical study group, and the degree of brain damage was tested. Another 49 normal newborns were selected as the control group. Behavioral nerve tests were performed on the two groups of newborns respectively, and their differences in scores were compared to evaluate the value of behavioral nerve tests on brain injury outcomes. Results Through the statistical comparison of neonatal behavioral neurological test scores, it is found that neurological examination scores have some significance for the brain injury. Neonatal neonatal neurobehavior tests (NBNA) were more than 35 points in 1 case (4.0%), normal neonates with NBNA were more than 35 points in 48 cases (97.9%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05 ). Conclusion Neonatal behavioral neurological examination is an effective and convenient method for neonatal brain injury, which can shorten the time of neonatal brain injury and facilitate the timely treatment. It has a high clinical application in primary hospitals value.
