经济学家早就指出,创意才是推动一国经济成长的原动力。当国家在“十一五”规划中把自主创新升级为国家战略的时候,中国也踏上从中国制造到中国创造的战略转变之路。政府政策的大力扶持将文化创意产业作用于推动中国经济的发展乃至国际文化地位的提升功能推向一个前所未有的高度。和国外相比,创意产业在我国存在着巨大差距。如何追赶这种差距,文化产业发展的源动力又是什么?这是在热潮追捧后冷静下来需要思考的问题。
Economists have long pointed out that creativity is the driving force behind the growth of a country’s economy. When the country upgraded its independent innovation into a national strategy in the “11th Five-Year Plan”, China also embarked on a road of strategic change from China’s manufacturing to that created by China. The strong support from government policies will push the cultural and creative industries to promote the development of China’s economy and enhance the international cultural status to an unprecedented level. Compared with foreign countries, creative industries in our country there is a huge gap. How to catch up with this gap and what is the driving force behind the development of the cultural industry? This is a question that needs to be considered after the upsurge has come to a halt.
