从南京市房改办获悉,南京近日将采取一系列措施,建立和完善以经济适用住房为主的住房供应体系。 据介绍,建设经济适用住房,对解决中低收入住房困难,改善职工住房条件,抑制不合理房价,拉动地区经济增长都有着积极作用。长期以来,南京市一直把经济适用住房建设作为德政工程、民心工程来抓,仅1998、1999年,该市经济适用住房建设就达383万平方米,占住房建设总量的59%。但在建设经济适用住房过程中也暴露出一些不容忽视的问题,如经济适用住房的供应对象在目前管理水平下
