提出一种基于C8051F330单片机和10m蓝牙模块的高速旋转部件无线数据采集系统,系统包括数据采样、蓝牙发射接收模块、数据处理三部分。数据采样端固定在旋转部件上,传感器输出信号进行信号调理和模数转换,利用蓝牙数字传输技术将数据发送到接收端;接收端数据进行非线性校正,并通过液晶显示器进行显示,并有报警设备。实验结果表明,该系统在恶劣环境中数据传输可靠,适用于旋转部件的信号采集。
A wireless data acquisition system based on C8051F330 MCU and 10m Bluetooth module is proposed. The system includes data sampling, Bluetooth transmitting and receiving module and data processing. Data sampling terminal fixed on the rotating components, the sensor output signal conditioning and analog-digital conversion, the use of Bluetooth digital transmission technology to send data to the receiver; receiver-side data for non-linear correction, and through the LCD display and alarm equipment. The experimental results show that the system has reliable data transmission in harsh environments and is suitable for signal acquisition of rotating parts.
