本文研究的是参与式领导对团队创新绩效的影响,以组织信任为中介变量。参与式领导作为一种领导风格正被广大学者研究,我们发现:(1)参与式领导对团队创新绩效有正向影响(2)组织信任氛围在参与式领导与团队创新绩效的关系中起着完全中介作用。
This article studies the impact of participatory leadership on team innovation performance, with organizational trust as an intermediary variable. As a leadership style, participatory leadership is being studied by a large number of scholars. We find that: (1) Participatory leadership has a positive effect on team innovation performance; (2) Organizational trust atmosphere plays a role in the relationship between participatory leadership and team innovation performance Completely intermediary role.
