目的 :分析垂体微腺瘤的MRI同层动态增强特征。方法 :对 40例临床怀疑为垂体微腺瘤的病人行同层动态增强MRI扫描 ,并绘出时间 -信号强度曲线图。结果 :40例病人中共检出垂体微腺瘤 2 6例。同层动态增强后垂体微腺瘤的MRI表现为圆或椭圆形的低或稍低信号 ,似“充盈缺损” ;垂体微腺瘤的最大信号强度多出现在注入造影剂后 3 2~ 96s ,以 64s最明显。结论 :同层MRI动态增强对垂体微腺瘤的诊断有较高价值。
Objective: To analyze the dynamic enhancement of MRI in pituitary adenoma. Methods: Forty patients suspected to be pituitary microadenomas underwent dynamic MRI scans of the same layer and time-signal intensity curves were plotted. Results: Twenty-six pituitary adenomas were detected in 40 patients. The dynamic enhancement of the same layer of pituitary microadenoma MRI showed low or slightly lower circular or oval signal, like “filling defect”; pituitary microadenoma, the maximum signal intensity occurred in the injection of contrast agent 3 2 ~ 96s, The most obvious 64s. Conclusion: MRI dynamic enhancement in the same layer has a high value in the diagnosis of pituitary adenoma.
