Objective To investigate the situation of breast cancer and cervical cancer screening in Pingshan New District and its influential factors, so as to provide reference for further screening of cancer. Methods A total of 3 789 women were surveyed by stratified random sampling with multi-stage stratified clustering method. The factors influencing the screening rate were analyzed by Chi-square test and logistic regression analysis. Results The screening rates of breast cancer and cervical cancer were 39.83% and 18.50%, among which household registration was 54.37% and 27.96%, and the resident population was 28.23% and 10.96% respectively. The household registration was higher than that of the resident population (P <0.05) The screening rate of women aged 45-54 was significantly higher than that of other age groups (P <0.01). The married women were higher than those of unmarried women (P <0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that age (OR = 0.178-0.341), hukou (OR = 3.276), education level (OR = 0.102-0.273), marital status (OR = 0.276-0.319) and monthly average income (OR = 0.134-0.287 ) Had a significant effect on the screening rate of women and “two cancers”. Conclusion The screening rate of breast cancer and cervical cancer in women aged 15-64 years in Pingshan New District is relatively low. The screening program of “two cancers” needs to be further popularized, especially for the residents with low education, low family income and non-Shenzhen residents And unmarried women, there is a need to step up publicity and education so as to increase the screening rate and ensure the health of women.
