本文介绍旋转狭缝式光学扫描器的结构,并在测量过程中,直接利用了被测热轧带钢的红外热辐射能量。该仪器用于轧机在轧制过程中的带钢宽度测定。也可用于热轧钢管的外径、型材等外形几何尺寸的测定,是一种较为多用、灵活而通用的传感装置。文中论述:1) 装置的测量原理;2) 红外辐射技术;3) 测量误差和信号处理;4) 附有dv/dt的A、G、C自动增益负反馈系统。并侧重介绍根据上述原理而研究、制造的DK-1型热轧带钢测宽装置和提供有关实验和现场的测试数据以及使用情况。
This article describes the structure of rotary slit optical scanner, and in the measurement process, the direct use of the measured hot-rolled strip infrared thermal radiation energy. The instrument used in rolling mill in the process of strip width measurement. Can also be used for hot-rolled steel pipe diameter, profile geometry shape measurement, is a more versatile, flexible and versatile sensing device. The paper discusses: 1) measuring principle of the device; 2) infrared radiation technology; 3) measurement error and signal processing; 4) A, G, C automatic gain negative feedback system with dv / dt.
