焊接前采用超声波浴去除氧化铝表面杂物,然后利用超声波振动使钎料润湿焊缝将氧化铝与铜进行钎焊连接。所用钎料为含铝量(wAl)分别为0%、5%、10%的Zn-Al合金和含锡量(wSn)分别为0%、30%、60%、91%的Zn-Sn合金。通过测量接头强度、硬度和分析接头界面的微观组织形态,结果表明,超声波可以加快钎料的润湿性,并可以通过改变钎料中成分配比来改善焊件连接性能。
Ultrasonic bath before welding to remove impurities on the alumina surface, and then the use of ultrasonic vibration brazing solder wetting the alumina and copper brazing connection. The brazing materials used were Zn-Al alloys with 0%, 5%, 10% Al and 0%, 30%, 60% and 91% Zn-Sn alloys with wAl . The results show that the ultrasonic can accelerate the wettability of the solder, and the weldability can be improved by changing the composition of the filler metal in the solder by measuring the strength and hardness of the joint and analyzing the microstructure of the joint.
