随着网络信息技术的迅猛发展,以互联网为代表的新兴媒体已经正式融入到人们的日常学习生活之中,成为支撑社会运行的重要力量。网络时代的来临对我国传统的思想政治教育提出了强有力的挑战。如何应对挑战,充分利用网络来达到增强我国思想政治教育的目的是我们需要思考的问题。特别是在市场经济冲击下的企业的思想政治教育问题更值得研究者研究。本文着力于对新媒体时代下我国企业思想政治教育进行分析,希望对我国的思想政治教育工作有所启发和帮助。
With the rapid development of network information technology, the emerging media represented by the Internet has been formally integrated into people’s daily study life and has become an important force supporting the operation of the society. The advent of the Internet era poses a powerful challenge to our country’s traditional ideological and political education. How to deal with the challenges and make full use of the Internet to achieve the goal of strengthening the ideological and political education in our country is a question that we need to think about. Especially in the market economy under the impact of the ideological and political education more worthy of the study of the company. This article focuses on the analysis of the ideological and political education of Chinese enterprises in the era of new media, hoping to inspire and help our ideological and political education work.
